Construction<\/h3>\r\n<p>We start by drawing up the product as a 3D drawing. By making a detailed design drawing in the computer, we can test the durability and function. The designs focus on water hydraulics, but it is of course the customer&#8217;s needs that determine which solutions we choose.<\/p>\r\n<h3>2. Order<\/h3>\r\n<p>When we have a completed 3D drawing of your new hydraulic system, we place an order with the manufacturer of the parts. These arrive at our workshop in Borl\u00e4nge, Dalarna, where our knowledgeable staff are waiting.<\/p>\r\n<h3>3. Assembly<\/h3>\r\n<p>During assembly, the parts are put together according to the 3D drawing we made in the first step. Here it is important that all dimensions are correct. Thanks to our accuracy and experience during construction, this step is simplified.<\/p>\r\n<h3>4. Installation<\/h3>\r\n<p>Once we have assembled your hydraulic system, we transport it to the power plant where installation will take place. This requires finesse to handle hydraulic cylinders weighing several tons. In order to protect our employees, we carry out risk analyses for future work. This helps us to systematically identify and prevent risks at work. Thanks to technically skilled and experienced staff who like to work hard, this is done routinely and to the highest standards.<\/p>\r\n<h3>5. Documentation<\/h3>\r\n<p>Now your new plant is ready to be put into operation. We&#8217;ll put together documentation, tailored to your plant, showing your technicians how everything is controlled.
